The Estate is run by the Directors of Kyalami Boulevard Home Owners Association (KBHOA) with the assistance of the Property Managing Agent. The Directors are all home owners within the Estate, and have the direct interest of the Estate at heart.
We would like to think of the Estate as a community where all can live harmoniously and one way we can achieve this is by respecting each other and always being considerate to one another.
Rules have been put in place to assist in ensuring harmonious living within the Estate, and we would like for all residents to follow the rules which encourages consideration of fellow residents.
